Key Responsibilities
- Execute Food Safety audits as per FSSAI requirements.
- Conduct monthly audits and customized audits across Catering/Base Kitchen Audits/Live Kitchen Audits.
- Submit reports within 2 working days.
- Follow up on non-conformance closure for both external and internal audits.
- Ensure corrective actions on non-conformities are implemented effectively.
- Support the preparation of external audits.
- Conduct training as per the “Training Calendar” and report monthly training activities.
- Handle food incidents with root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in food science and technology, microbiology from a recognized university.
Skills & Requirements
- Preference for candidates with an Accredited Lead Auditor Course in Food Safety Management System (ISO22000/FSSC22000).
- Knowledge of FSS Act and regulations.
- Sector-specific knowledge regarding hygiene, sanitary practices, and allergen management.
- Certified internal auditor on ISO 22000 / HACCP.
- Knowledge in Quality and Food Safety Management System.
