Job Description

The Project Associate will be involved in the research project focused on the identification and characterization of conserved microRNAs and target genes that regulate aging in Drosophila. This role requires a strong background in biological sciences, particularly in microRNA research and Drosophila genetics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct experiments related to microRNA and aging in Drosophila.
  • Analyze and interpret experimental data.
  • Collaborate with team members on research activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings.
  • Maintain laboratory records and documentation.
  • Assist in the supervision of undergraduate students.
