Job Description
The Senior Associate will be responsible for all relevant medical science activities under the guidance of the GCMA Manager. This role involves collaborating with the brand team to generate and apply medical insights that lead to safe and effective consumer innovations. The position requires a deep understanding of the literature and current medical opinions related to skin, germ protection, and cosmetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead as a medical representative on projects within a category, ensuring adequate product and project support.
- Drive execution of medical and evidence strategies for assigned projects.
- Support cross-functional teams to deliver innovative consumer solutions.
- Educate teams on literature and new clinical data related to category topics.
- Provide strategic medical input in category development and product innovation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure quality and technical accuracy of documentation.
- Conduct systematic literature searches and reviews as necessary.
- Prepare responses to Medical Information requests when appropriate.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences; postgraduate qualifications preferred.
- Experience in the medical and pharmaceutical/consumer health industry.
- Proven ability to generate, analyze, and interpret scientific and clinical data.
- Previous experience in Product Research and Development or Clinical studies is advantageous.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
