Job Description
The Field Application Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and training to customers using Revvity’s Signals suite of R&D workflow solutions, including Signals One and Signals Spotfire. This role involves working closely with the sales team to ensure successful product deployments and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site and remote training sessions to educate customers on Signals product features and functionality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues and questions.
- Gather customer feedback and requirements to inform future product enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Signals product management team to beta test new releases.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and stakeholders.
- Travel within India to support customer sites as needed (up to 50% travel).
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline (e.g. life sciences).
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or diagnostics industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues.
- Familiarity with R&D software tools and data analysis workflows.
