  • Educational Qualifications: M.Sc. or M.Tech in any area of Life Sciences, or B.Sc. with a minimum of three years of research experience.

Job Description

The selected candidate will work on a clinical trial conducted by NII and AIIMS, New Delhi, studying the effect of Montelukast in reducing dengue severity. Responsibilities include coordinating sample collection, assisting in sample processing, managing clinical details of participants, and handling project and administrative details between AIIMS and NII. Candidates with experience in clinical trials will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sample collection for the clinical trial.
  • Assist in sample processing and management.
  • Handle clinical details of participants.
  • Manage project and administrative tasks between AIIMS and NII.
  • Prepare project reports and maintain SOPs.
  • Utilize computer skills for data entry and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions related to the project.

Eligibility Criteria

  • M.Sc. or M.Tech in Life Sciences or related fields.
  • Minimum three years of research experience for B.Sc. candidates.
  • Experience in clinical trials is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in preparing project reports.
  • Knowledge of SOPs in clinical research.

Emoluments

The selected candidate will receive consolidated emoluments as per Institute Rules, depending upon qualifications and experience: Rs. 28,000/- per month plus 30% HRA. Candidates with an MSc and two years of research experience will receive Rs. 29,400/- per month plus 30% HRA.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Contract duration is one year or until the project ends, whichever is shorter.
  • No hostel or housing facility will be provided.
  • Applicants must mention their category (SC/ST/OBC/PH) and provide documentary proof.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
  • Canvassing in any form will disqualify the applicant.
  • Interviews will be held in offline/online mode.
