Key Responsibilities
- Guide patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey—from onboarding to follow-ups.
- Coordinate patient enrolment into Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and manage eligibility and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between patients, hospitals, clinicians, and internal teams.
- Support appointment scheduling, treatment timelines, and logistics.
- Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate patient records, trackers, and reports.
- Ensure timely resolution of patient queries and concerns.
- Support compliance with data privacy, ethical standards, and SOPs.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Nursing, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Experience Required
- 2–3 years of experience in patient coordination, hospital operations, or healthcare services.
