Key Responsibilities
The selected Post Doctoral Fellow (PDF) will work on the research project titled:
“Attenuation of Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD) by Underutilized Blended Oils Stabilized with Goji Berry Bioactives: A Multi-Model Approach.”
The research activities involve work related to:
- Functional foods research.
- Nutraceuticals and metabolic disorders studies.
- Molecular biology experiments and analysis.
- Biochemical assays and histopathological investigations.
- Analytical instrument-based research.
- Data generation and scientific research activities under the project.
Qualifications
