Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for global coordination with Yourgene and support strategic partnership initiatives.
- Support onboarding and engagement of diagnostic and research customers.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for genomics products and services.
- Drive sales through lead generation, customer follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify, manage, and execute tenders from initiation to submission.
- Oversee procurement activities, inventory management, and vendor coordination for laboratory consumables.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and operational performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal and global teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Experience Required
- 0–1 Years of experience.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in sales support, procurement, inventory management, or tender execution will be preferred.
Skills Needed
