Project Overview
The selected candidates will work on the project titled: “Implementation of Wastewater Surveillance for Multi-pathogens across India.”
This initiative aims to strengthen pathogen surveillance systems using advanced genomics and bioinformatics approaches to support public health outcomes.
Role Overview
The roles involve contributing to interdisciplinary research in genomics, pathogen surveillance, and data analysis. Candidates will support laboratory, computational, and coordination activities, ensuring effective execution of project objectives in collaboration with multiple research partners.

| Project Technical Support – III

– Graduate (3 years) with 3 years of experience OR Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences / Biology / Genomics / Genetics / Bioinformatics | – Basic understanding of pathogen surveillance, molecular biology, or bioinformatics – Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards research Preferred: – Master’s in Bioinformatics with metagenomics/data visualization experience, Python/R knowledge OR – Master’s in Microbiology/Life Sciences with BSL lab experience and molecular biology skills (RT-PCR, nucleic acid extraction, data analysis) |
