Job Overview:
The Production (Fermentation) Officer/Sr. Officer role involves managing upstream and downstream fermentation processes in a high-quality manufacturing environment. The position requires hands-on operational expertise to support large-scale fermentation activities and ensure smooth production workflows at the Dahej facility.
Educational Requirements:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology
- B.E / B.Tech in Biotech
Experience:
- 2-8 years of experience in Production Fermentation (Up-Stream & Down- Stream)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle upstream and downstream fermentation activities
- Operate and monitor fermentation equipment
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for production support
- Maintain accurate production documentation
- Follow safety, hygiene, and quality protocols
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of fermentation processes
- Hands-on experience in upstream/downstream operations
- Understanding of bioprocess equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good documentation and communication skills
