Position Overview
We are inviting applications from fresh M.Sc. graduates in Microbiology or Chemistry to join our Quality Control (QC) / PMD Department. The selected candidates will work on enzyme product testing, documentation, and process monitoring as part of a structured training and development program.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology or Chemistry
Experience: Freshers only
Gender: Male candidates only
Service Agreement: 3 years
Distance from Accommodation to Plant: 0.5 km (company-provided bachelor accommodation)
Training & Development (1-Year Fresher Program)
During the first year, selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive on-the-job training program focused on quality control systems, documentation practices, process understanding, and enzyme product handling.
This period is considered a foundation phase to help freshers transition into full-time QC/PMD professionals.
The company provides structured mentorship and departmental rotations to build technical, analytical, and compliance skills.
Performance during this year is evaluated for salary revision and confirmation into the standard executive pay scale after successful completion.
Note: This opportunity is only open to male candidates who are freshers and willing to relocate or currently residing near Pithampur, Dhar (M.P.).
