Job Responsibilities

1. Provide professional advice and support to the client in all matters relating to food technology, quality, safety etc.
2. Appraisal and Monitoring of the DPRs.
3. Provide handholding support to micro enterprises.
4. Mentoring the DRPs for training of entrepreneurs, knowledge dissemination, developing DPRs.
5. Regular interactions with Farmer Producer Organizations, Co-operatives and Self Help Groups etc. strengthening supply chain, setting up of common facility centres.
6. Facilitating convergence with other Central schemes and availing benefits of State incentives for Micro Food Processing units.

Qualifications

• Master of Technology – Food Process Engineering
• Bachelor of Technology – Food Science
