Key Responsibilities
- Maintain website content for the Antibodies business.
- Identify opportunities to improve the quality, consistency, and completeness of web content.
- Work with Product Management, R&D, Business Development, Operations, Program Management, and external suppliers to maintain and improve web content.
- Maintain product and image data for a catalog of more than 300,000 antibodies.
- Collect and evaluate information for new products before launch.
- Provide accurate and timely information for internal and customer-facing systems.
- Improve the scientific accuracy and completeness of antibody web content.
- Lead improvements to standard team processes.
- Support cross-functional web improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement content changes submitted by colleagues.
- Provide guidance for customer inquiries and concerns related to antibodies.
- Perform all duties in accordance with the Thermo Fisher Code of Ethics and the 4-I Values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science discipline or related field.
- Laboratory experience working hands-on with antibodies or 2+ years of experience maintaining antibody web content.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel, including multi-level functions and handling large datasets.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality output.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with business partners across different locations through phone, email, and occasional travel.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
- Hands-on laboratory experience with antibodies.
- Experience maintaining antibody-related web content.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for large datasets.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting scientific web content and product information.
