Key Responsibilities
- Prioritise patient safety in all daily activities and promptly escalate patient safety concerns in accordance with established procedures.
- Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Quality Management System requirements.
- Review, track, and resolve queries and issues within defined timelines.
- Complete required training within established timelines and maintain training records.
- Support end-to-end management of Quality Events (QEs), including triage, investigation, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and closure.
- Maintain accurate and compliant quality, project, and technical documentation.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of work performed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and support effective Quality Event investigation and resolution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive timely QE closure.
- Escalate quality concerns, risks, delays, and unresolved issues as appropriate.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Science.
Preferred Qualification
- Master’s degree in Science.
Experience
- 1 year or more of experience in quality operations, laboratory operations, customer support, or healthcare-related functions.
- 1 year of experience in a QC role.

Work Schedule
- Rotational Shift:
- AM: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM IST
- General Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
- PM: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
- Night Shift – Home-Based
- Monday to Friday (5 Working Days)
