The Associate position at Roche’s Global Analytics and Technology Center of Excellence (GATE) in Chennai offers an opportunity to contribute to analytics- and technology-driven solutions for Roche affiliates worldwide. The role involves collaborating with project leads to execute projects across Analytics, Data Science, and Technology, helping solve real-world business challenges through analytical thinking and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Builds expertise in programming languages, querying tools, data management tools, and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects for Roche’s global stakeholders.
- Utilizes industry-standard analytical and data processing tools to manage and analyze business data.
- Gains knowledge of statistical methodologies and supports Data Science initiatives.
- Assists in developing, maintaining, and enhancing BI reports and dashboards.
- Presents analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, structured, and impactful manner.
- Develops an understanding of the evolving healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape.
- Contributes to internal initiatives and supports the growth of the Global Analytics and Technology Center of Excellence (GATE).
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in:

- Academic performance of 90% or 9.0/10 CGPA is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in Analytics, Consulting, or Technology.
- Strong quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning skills.
- Ability to interpret data and derive meaningful business insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
