Key Responsibilities
- Conducting site feasibility assessments and identifying potential investigators.
- Negotiating study budgets with investigators and research sites.
- Finalizing investigators and study sites.
- Executing confidentiality agreements (CDA) and study-related contracts.
- Preparing and submitting study documents for Ethics Committee approvals.
- Managing investigational product dispensing, inventory, and reconciliation.
- Performing site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
- Generating monitoring reports and study documentation.
- Training investigators and site personnel on study protocols and GCP principles.
- Supporting participant recruitment and data quality activities.
- Performing source data verification and query resolution.
- Ensuring timely reporting of SAEs and SUSARs.
- Coordinating with CROs and internal teams for data management and statistical analysis.
- Conducting risk identification and implementing CAPA measures.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Masters degree in a health or related field, such as Biology, and/or Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Research
Experience
Relevant experience of 2-5 years minimum in the field of Clinical Research.
Skills Required
- Knowledge on GCP practices, regulatory guidelines in Clinical Trials
- Phase III and Phase IV Clinical Trials knowledge expertise
- Site Management expertise
- Collaboration with cross functional stakeholders
