Job Details
- Job Title: Clinical Research Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Perform site feasibility and identify potential investigators.
- Negotiate study budgets with potential investigators.
- Finalise investigators and study sites.
- Execute CDA and study-related contracts.
- Prepare and submit study documents for Ethics Committee (EC) permission across study centres.
- Oversee and document IP dispensing, inventory management, and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely site initiation, site monitoring, and site close-out activities with proper report generation.
- Train investigators and site personnel on study protocols, procedures, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.
- Ensure timely recruitment of trial participants.
- Support efficient data entry, source data verification, and query resolution.
- Ensure timely reporting of SAEs and SUSARs while complying with regulations and Sun Pharma Pharmacovigilance policies.
- Identify site risks, perform analysis, and implement CAPA for sites that do not meet expectations.
- Coordinate with in-house teams and CRO partners for data management, statistical analysis, statistical analysis reports, and database lock (DBL).
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health or related field such as:
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Nursing
- Pharmacy
- Public Health
- OR
- Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Clinical Research.
Skills Needed
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines for Clinical Trials.
- Expertise in Phase III and Phase IV Clinical Trials.
- Site Management expertise.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Clinical trial documentation and monitoring knowledge.
