Educational Qualifications
PhD in Life Sciences
Desirable Experience
- Practical experience analyzing exome, genome, transcriptome, or long-read sequencing data.
- Familiarity with variant calling, annotation, filtering, and interpretation pipelines.
- Exposure to custom script writing and pipeline development for bioinformatics workflows.
- Experience working with clinical or research genomics datasets, especially in rare disease or diagnostic contexts.
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to adopt new computational tools.
