About the Team
The Antibody Development Team focuses on engineering high-quality, specific antibodies for research applications. The team leverages advanced tools and technologies for antibody design, development, purification, conjugation, and testing across various immunoassay platforms.
Role Overview
The Scientist I – Cell Biology will be an integral member of the antibody development team, contributing to recombinant antibody development using molecular, protein, and cell biology techniques. The role requires strong experimental skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative research environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to recombinant antibody development projects
- Plan and execute experiments to meet defined research objectives
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in lab notebooks and data sheets
- Conduct literature reviews to stay updated with advancements in antibody research
- Compile, analyze, and present experimental data (written and oral formats)
- Participate actively in team discussions and scientific meetings
- Ensure adherence to timelines, protocols, and quality standards
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is scientifically curious, detail-oriented, and skilled in laboratory techniques related to immunology, molecular biology, and cell biology.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) with 0–4 years of experience OR
- PhD in Life Sciences (submitted within the last one year)
Preferred Fields:
- Molecular Biology

- Biochemistry
Technical Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of immunology and flow cytometry (cell sorting preferred)
- Experience in handling blood/tissue samples and isolating cells (e.g., PBMCs, splenocytes)
- Experience in mammalian cell culture, including cancer cell lines and primary cells
- Skills in cryopreservation and aseptic techniques
- Hands-on experience with ELISA and other immunoassays
- Knowledge of protein biology (antigen design, conjugation, expression, purification)
- Familiarity with molecular biology techniques such as:
- PCR, cloning, plasmid construction
- Restriction digestion, ligation, transformation
- Mini/maxi prep and sequencing
Additional Skills
- Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting ability
- Proficiency in MS Office and tools like GraphPad Prism
- Exposure to antibody development platforms (preferred)
- Experience through research projects, thesis work, or publications
