  • Project Title: Elucidating Molecular Mechanism of Plant Elicitor Peptides (PEPs) Regulating Defense, Development and Stress Response in Plants.

Eligibility

Candidates having Ph. D. degree in Botany/ Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology or a related field or having M. Tech. in Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics with three years of research experience and at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal, and fulfills the guidelines of DST-OM number DST/PCPM/Z-06/2022 dated June 26, 2023, are eligible to apply.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous knowledge in Arabidopsis thaliana and/or Rice handling and transformation will be preferred.
  • Working experience with gene cloning, Confocal Microscopy, Western Blotting and general molecular biology techniques are desirable.
