Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Support the set-up, maintenance, and close-out of the Trial Master File (TMF)
- Process study documentation as per SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory guidelines
- Perform document scanning, indexing, filing, and uploading in eTMF systems
- Ensure accuracy, security, and compliance of TMF documents
- Conduct quality reviews of TMF documents
- Perform completeness checks to identify missing documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (BSc / MSc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BDS) is often required for a vacancy in life science.
Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in clinical research (preferred).
- Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) is an advantage for those interested in life science vacancy roles.
- Familiarity with TMF processes and regulatory guidelines
