Key Responsibilities:
- Handling of PC 32 and 21 lines at Channo plant with the right quality product & building a quality culture in the plant.
- Stabilization of shift quality operations.
- Ensuring shifts KPIs such as WIP/ Leakages/ Zero red complaints.
- Ensuring the best quality of product and minimum customer complaints through stringent online quality control checks and finished product inspection.
- Implementing the right quality control systems/standards for the processes, physical systems, and environment.
- Troubleshooting during online production to minimize wastage and ensure quality.
- Responsible for maintaining GMP, GHK GLP, and internal/external audits (HACCP, AIB, Personal Hygiene, Process audit).
- Training and development of quality checkers.
- Ensure the quality of potatoes issued for production.
- Conducting online quality checks in the process area to ensure that all Pepsico standards of quality are followed during the production process in shifts.
- Conducting visual inspection for machines and process parameters.
- Conducting analytical tests, oil quality checks, nitrogen flushing tests, and product inspections.
- Monitoring machines and ensuring minimum waste due to machine-related factors.
- Maintaining reports, conducting audits, and coordinating quality meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory laws (Weights and Measures & FSSAI).
- Handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
- Participating in TPM activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
