Job Overview
- Position: QA – Executive
- Location: Sonipat, India
The QA Executive shall be responsible for ensuring the hygienic condition of the plant, Glass audit, supporting the operational quality, and other QA/QC-related activities. Pursuing science jobs in the food sector, particularly food science jobs, in this type of environment will expose you to valuable industry insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support for 3rd shift operation – approx. 15 days/month.
- Pre-dispatch Inspection—Daily activity.
- Glass audits of process area—weekly, fortnightly, and monthly.
- Ensure hygienic conditions/FSSAI Schedule 4 compliance of the plant.
- In the case of imported products by McCormick—Labeling at bonded warehouse—15 days.
- Monitoring of cold room – temperature and WIP, raw material status, and labeling.
- Support NPD trials—Preparing reports
- Training the shop floor team on Personal Hygiene and GMP- Pep Talk daily
- Support for Incoming Packaging material testing and clearance
- Verification of CAPA for pest control audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / M.Sc. Food Science. Relevant qualifications are often needed for jobs in food science or science jobs in the food industry sector.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in QA/QC
- Experience in the Food Industry. This experience is highly valued for jobs in science or the food industry across various career pathways.
