About the Role
The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for performing laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet defined quality standards. The role requires hands-on laboratory work, adherence to testing protocols, and accurate reporting of results.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packaging stages
- Conduct sampling and testing of materials as per defined protocols
- Monitor critical process parameters and record observations
- Ensure products meet specifications at each stage of production
- Identify and report out-of-specification (OOS) results
- Maintain accurate records of in-process testing and inspections
- Assist in investigation of deviations and non-conformances
- Ensure compliance with GLP and quality standards
- Support process validation and improvement initiatives
Skills Required
- Knowledge of in-process quality control techniques and sampling methods
- Understanding of basic microbiological and analytical testing
- Strong analytical and observational skills
