Job Overview:
These Project Associate Jobs are offered for a DBT-funded research project at IISER Mohali. The appointment is purely temporary and will continue until 25 April 2028, subject to project requirements.
- No. of Position: 1 Position (Virology)
- Project Title: Systematic evaluation of the vesicle-tethering TRAPP complex components as potential antiviral targets against influenza
- Name of PI: Dr. Indranil Banerjee
- Emoluments: INR 28,000+HRA
- Upper age limit (Years): 35
Essential Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences from a recognized University or equivalent.
- 2 years’ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services
Desirable:
- The candidates with at least 2 years of experience in virology, mammalian cell culture, advanced microscopy, molecular biology, handling live viruses in a BSL-2/3 facility, and operating a high-throughput screening platform will be preferred.
