Job Overview

Lupin is hiring a Research Associate – LBC to support bioanalytical operations at its Pune LRP facility. This research associate job focuses on analytical method development, validation, equipment calibration, and in-vitro sample analysis. Key Responsibilities

Sample Processing & Method Development

  • Perform sample processing and quantification for method development and method validation for various molecules as per SOPs, protocols, and guidelines.
  • Conduct study sample analysis and quantification following validated analytical procedures and regulatory requirements.

Equipment Calibration & Bioanalytical Support

  • Execute calibration of equipment used in the Bioanalytical department as per instrument SOPs.
  • Support analytical workflows crucial for in-vitro study environments aligned with bioanalytical scientist practices.

Documentation & Quality Compliance

  • Document method development activities in the Lab Notebook and record sample preparation details in raw data forms during method validation and study sample analysis.
  • Implement Quality Systems and SOPs consistently and accurately.

Cross-Functional Tasks

  • Complete any additional responsibilities assigned by Head – Bioanalytical.
  • Maintain adaptability and flexibility as essential traits for a successful research associate job.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Science.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in method development, validation, or in-vitro analytical techniques.
