Job Overview:
The Executive–MSAT position involves supporting technology transfer, process implementation, scale-up/scale-down studies, and cross-functional collaboration. This role contributes directly to microbial and mammalian bioprocesses within Lupin’s biotech manufacturing operations.
Educational Requirements:

Post-Graduation in Biotechnology (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support technology transfer from R&D to Manufacturing
- Work with R&D, pilot plant, and cross-functional teams on experimental runs
- Execute scale-down studies for microbial and mammalian processes
- Implement process changes from process development
- Assess risks, set preventive controls, and improve processes
- Troubleshoot microbial and mammalian process deviations
- Investigate OOS/OOT and develop CAPA
- Monitor manufacturing processes, collect data, trend analysis
- Prepare and review batch records, MFRs, SOPs
- Support preparation of validation protocols, reports, hold-time studies
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of microbial and mammalian bioprocesses
- Knowledge of scale-up and scale-down
- Risk assessment and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in OOS, OOT investigation, and CAPA
- Ability to collaborate with R&D and pilot plant teams
- Technical documentation and data trending expertise
