Job Summary
Looking for an Adjudication Specialist to review and process healthcare claims, verify medical documents, ensure coding accuracy, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Review medical records and process claims as per guidelines
• Validate eligibility, coverage, and medical necessity
• Check coding accuracy (ICD/CPT/HCPCS)
• Identify discrepancies or incomplete information
• Coordinate with medical review and operations teams
• Maintain TAT, documentation accuracy, and compliance
• Support audits and provide clarification when required
Requirements
• 2–5 years’ experience in claims adjudication/medical review
