Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our laboratory team as Lab Technician Interns. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in medical laboratory technology or related fields to gain hands-on experience in a high-throughput diagnostics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in receiving, labeling, and analyzing samples (blood, urine, etc.)
• Prepare specimens for testing using appropriate techniques
• Operate and maintain automated laboratory equipment under supervision
• Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of lab equipment
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures
• Record and report results accurately as per lab protocols
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the laboratory at all times
Eligibility Criteria:
• Freshers with MLT, B.Sc, MLT or related discipline
• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
