The role of Executive – HSEQ at GoKhana involves undertaking and directing complex and diverse audits, investigations, and inspections within The BUSY Group. The position supports externally contracted providers to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, processes, and controls and assist the Health & Safety Manager in conducting Food & Safety audits.

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Executive – HSEQ at GoKhana, you will be responsible for:

• Executing Food Safety audits as per FSSAI requirements.
• Conducting customized audits across Catering/Base Kitchen Audits/Live Kitchen Audits.
• Submitting audit reports within two working days.
• Following up on NC (Non-Conformance) closure for both external and internal audits.
• Ensuring that developed corrective actions on non-conformities are implemented effectively.
• Supporting the preparation of external audits.
• Being involved in root cause analysis for identified non-conformities or complaints.
• Verifying the effectiveness of corrective action implementations.

Prerequisites

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in food science and technology, Microbiology, Hotel management, or catering technology from a recognized university.
• Preference given if acquired Accredited Lead Auditor Course in food safety Management System (ISO22000/FSSC22000).
• Knowledge of the FSS Act and regulations.
• Certified internal auditor on ISO 22000 / HACCP / FosTac.
• Knowledge in Quality and Food Safety Management System.
