I. Responsibility and Authority:

1. Responsible for analyses of Chemical Nutritional parameters in sample.
2. Preferable having hands on experience on UPLC/GC-FID/GC-MS.
3. Reviewing all the documents as well as records in the LAB
4. To ensure the test are performed according to the test requested, with required standard
5. Responsible for Validation of methods and calibration of the instruments
6. Responsible to implement any new methods as well as process.
7. Reviewing of the control of records according to NABL requirements.
8. Ensures to follow latest version of test standard.
9. Ensure calculation of raw data and also transfer is correct.
10. Ensuring the purity and also validity of standards/CRMs used.
11. Ensuring traceability of all reference culture and also CRMs.
12. Identification of departures/ Non-conformities in testing activities.
13. Monitoring TAT as well as reporting to lab Manager
14. Authorized for handling and also performance of UPLC/GC-FID/GC-MS system.

II. Education and also Experience:

1. B.Tech (Food Technology)/ Equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years to 3 years of experience working in Food testing Lab in testing chemical nutritional parameters.
