Location: Bangalore (India)

Support coordination and administrative tasks related to the execution of Bioprocess Validation Projects with focus on filter validation based on customer and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Support coordination of validation projects on behalf of the customer in a timely manner according to the agreed test scenario as well as in compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, WHO, etc.)
• Support preparation of quotation for different test scenarios
• Support preparation of science-based and technical validation protocols and reports in the English language
• Get involved with coordination of product shipments and test execution with the sales team, customer and validation lab
• Track project information via different tools and support monthly reporting
• Contribute to the implementation and constant improvement of the processes and tools

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Graduate in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology or equivalent

Experience:

• up to 1-year experience in the life science industry or contract laboratories in quality, technical writing/documentation activities
• Knowledge of Filtration / Single-Use products is a plus
• Familiar with the concept of GMP and GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
• Experienced with Teamwork

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills
• Team-oriented open-minded communication skill
• Customer and service-oriented attitude
• Self-motivated work style
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Highly proficient in Word and Excel software programs
