Project Name: “Structural and functional analysis of M. tuberculosis EccC+ CFP10/ESAT6 complex from ESX-1 virulence factor”
1. For JRF/SRF:
Education: M.Sc. /M.Tech. In any branch of biological science with previous expertise in structure and functional analysis of proteins.
Desirable: Proficiency in Gene cloning, Mutagenesis, Protein expression in E. coli & Yeast system, protein refolding & purification, Crystallization & X-ray structure evaluation, Modeling & Dynamics simulation job. Candidate with previous strong knowledge in these methods will be favoured.
Fellowship: according to DST rule
Tenure: The situation is only temporary, renewable six months and will last until October, 2019 (the conclusion of job ) based on satisfactory performance.
2. For Technical Assistant
Education: Intermediate/B. Sc. In any branch of biological science with previous strong knowledge in lab work and all coping with paperwork about the
undertaking.Fellowship: Rs. 10,000/- per month
Tenure: The situation is only temporary, renewable for every six months and will last till 1 October 2019 (the conclusion of the job ) based on satisfactory performance.
