Applications are invited from Indian nationals to work as Project-JRF in a SERB funded research project at Department of Biological Sciences, IISER Bhopal
Post : Project-JRF
Title : To investigate the mechanisms of Wnt protein secretion and gradient formation in polarised epithelium by live-cell imaging
No. of Position : 1(One)
Duration : 1 year but extension up to 3 year is possible upon satisfactory performance
Essential Qualifications:
- MSc degree in Biological Sciences/ from a recognized University/Institute and having minimum 60% Marks or CGPA of 7.5 and above at a sale of 10.
- Preferably also having qualified CSIR-UGC NET/GATE (rank 500 or better) or any other similar type national level exam.
- 2nd year MSc students appearing for the final exam can also apply. Final mark sheet must be submitted at the time of interview.
- Candidates with prior experience in Drosophila genetics will be given preference
- Candidates should be preferably below 30 years of age at the time of application.
Salary : Rs. 25,000/- p.m. + HRA. (Candidates without NET/GATE qualification may be considered for a reduced salary of 12,000/- p.m + HRA as per SERB rule)

A copy of documents showing marks or CGPA of master degree and certificates will be required at time of intervie. Only selected candidates will be called for the interview.
