Job responsibilities for EMLC Instructors :
Role : To ensure the plan for and conduct preparatory/Refresher training for EMTs/Pilots
KRAs
Responsible for smooth training of the EMT training both foundation & refresher courses on the following;
- Identify signs & symptoms of emergency
- To train the usage of suction apparatus
- To train the usage of pulse oxymeter
- To train the usage of B.P apparatus
- To train the usage of Glucometer
- To train the use of Splints
- To train on Bleeding control & shock management
- Train on the Skill on Intravenous access
- Air way management & ventilation.
- To train to perform CPR & AED.
- Promptness in ensuring the Vaccination of all the students
- To learn more about Emergency Management
- Planning/Coordination and guiding the EMTs for hospital phase training
- Ensure promptness in ensuring the Vaccination of all the students
- Conducting first responder programs for community, volunteers & staff
- To conduct Amby audits on a regular basis
- Visits Amby as assess the skills of EMTs
Qualification :
UG – B.Sc – Any Specialization, Anthropology, Bio-Chemistry, Botany, Hospitality and Hotel Management, Microbiology, Nursing, B.Pharma – Pharmacy, MBBS – Medicine
PG – MS/M.Sc(Science) – Any Specialization, Bio-Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing
