Job Description :

• Responsible of handling the HPLC/UPLC and LC/MS-MS for bio-analytical method development and validation
• Responsible for analysis of bio-analytical samples using various sample extraction technique for biological matrices
• Responsible for performing validation of bio-analytical method
• Responsible for performing the calibration of lab instruments and checking the calibration records, Log books and IQ, OQ, PQ documents.
• Responsible for preparing SOPs, Method validation reports, Study protocols and reports
• Well versed the UPLC/HPLC and LC/MS-MS technique and should have hand on experience in working with these instruments
• Well versed with GLP and regulatory guidelines
• Good Interpersonal skills and task orientation
