Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from scientists and laboratory teams.
- Design ELN/LIMS configurations and scientific workflows.
- Support implementation of GenAI-enabled research solutions.
- Coordinate instrument and laboratory data integration.
- Manage Jira backlogs and user stories.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop training materials and provide end-user support.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Collaborate with research, IT, security, and vendor teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences (e.g., Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering) or related field.
- Experience: Good experience years as a Business Analyst (or Product BA) in life-sciences R&D; Good number of years configuring/implementing ELN/LIMS (Benchling, Genedata, Dotmatics, Revvity, Sapio etc.)
Skills Required
- Experience with ELN/LIMS administration, including workflows, templates, data management, and system configurations in biotech/pharma environments.
- Strong understanding of molecular biology, antibody discovery, protein chemistry, and scientific data workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud analytics tools, instrument data capture systems, GenAI technologies, and basic Python/data analysis tools.
- Ability to translate scientific requirements into technical solutions, training, and process improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, communication, and change management skills.
- Relevant life sciences degree with research experience; certifications such as CBAP, CSPO, or PMP are an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a matrixed environment.
