Post Description

This is an ANRF-sponsored project. The work will be conducted at Sharda University, which has well-equipped molecular biology and plant tissue culture facilities. The JRF can pursue a Ph.D. through this project.

Minimum Qualifications

M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Botany, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Agricultural Sciences, Plant Sciences, or Allied Sciences with CSIR/UGC NET-JRF/LS or DBT-JRF or ARS-NET (ICAR) or GATE.

Desirable

Experience in plant molecular biology, including RNA isolation, real-time PCR, and plant tissue culture.

Fellowship

Rs. 37,000/- + HRA as per rules per month (Consolidated)

Tenure

The position is for three years. It is temporary and renewable each year, subject to satisfactory performance, for a maximum of three years. The position is co-terminus with the project.
