Job Type: Full-Time
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Internship Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
This Sales Intern Job internship comes with a potential full-time job opportunity. Based on performance, target achievement, discipline, communication skills, and overall suitability, selected interns may be considered for a full-time role after successful completion of the 6-month internship.
Please note that full-time confirmation is strictly performance-based. Interns who do not meet the expected performance standards or targets may not be selected for a full-time role after the internship.
Full-Time Salary After Confirmation
Selected candidates may receive a salary of up to ₹40,000 per month after confirmation, based on performance and role suitability only.
Internship Completion Certificate
Every intern who successfully completes the internship period will receive a Sales Internship Completion Certificate from Biotecnika.
Role Overview
As a Sales Intern at Biotecnika, you will be trained in inside sales, academic counselling, lead handling, course pitching, follow-ups, and customer relationship management. After the initial training, you will start working on live leads and will be assigned performance-based targets.
This internship is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in sales, counselling, EdTech, customer communication, and career guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with students, graduates, and working professionals through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand the learner’s academic background, career goals, and training requirements.
- Explain Biotecnika’s courses, workshops, career programs, benefits, fees, outcomes, and enrollment process clearly.
- Follow up with interested leads and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, counselling notes, and conversions.
- Learn and stay updated about Biotecnika’s products, services, offers, and upcoming batches.
- Work closely with the sales, academic, and support teams to ensure accurate communication with learners.
- Participate in sales training, product knowledge sessions, mock calls, and performance reviews.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly targets after the training period.
- Build strong and professional relationships with learners by providing honest and helpful guidance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience may also apply.
- Qualification Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharma, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Zoology, Botany, or related fields will be preferred.
- Candidates from other educational backgrounds with strong communication and sales interest may also be considered.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with phone calls, follow-ups, and learner interaction.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work with CRM tools/Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude, confidence, patience, and willingness to learn.
