Key Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products, water samples, and packaging materials.
- Execute environmental monitoring activities and conduct trend analysis and reporting.
- Prepare microbiological media and perform Growth Promotion Testing (GPT).
- Review, interpret, and document microbiological test results ensuring compliance with GMP/GLP.
- Support laboratory investigations including deviations, OOS/OOT events, and CAPAs.
- Conduct microbial identification activities and support investigations of microbiological excursions.
- Participate in qualification, validation, calibration, and routine verification of laboratory equipment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in a Quality Control Microbiology laboratory within the pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of microbiological testing techniques and aseptic laboratory practices.
- Understanding of GMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements.
- Experience with laboratory quality systems including deviations and audits.
- Familiarity with microbiology laboratory equipment and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
