Job Description
This role involves supporting the design, development, and delivery of consulting engagements within IQVIA’s Commercial Solutions Excellence Centres (CSEC). The Associate Consultant – Commercial Strategy will translate complex healthcare and pharmaceutical data into actionable insights that inform commercial strategy, value & payer evidence, and market access decisions. The position requires coordination across multi-workstream projects, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and preparation of structured client presentations and reports. Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and delivery of complex consulting engagements within IQVIA’s Commercial Solutions Excellence Centres (CSEC).
- Translate data into actionable insights to support commercial strategy, value & payer evidence, and market access decisions.
- Plan, organise, and manage project teams for successful delivery.
- Manage stakeholders across multi-workstream projects, including senior leadership and clients.
- Design and deliver high-quality client reports and presentations.
- Identify opportunities for follow-on work and new business leads.
- Support proposal development and intellectual property creation.
- Coach and mentor junior team members and lead internal initiatives such as recruitment and training.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Management, Engineering, or related fields from a Premium Institute.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in life sciences or healthcare strategy consulting.
