Key Responsibilities
- Personal safety and lab safety following and monitoring.
- Monitoring deviation/nonstandard condition and reporting.
- RM, PM, WIP and Finished goods analysis in shift & SAP clearance.
- Calibration, cleaning and maintenance of instruments.
- Monitoring chemical stock, ordering, keeping in the correct location, SDS for chemicals, labelling and disposal as per standard.
- Calibration & maintenance of lab instruments.
- Sample reception, labelling, registration, and performing analysis.
- Organising and participating in sensory sessions.
- PRP, CCP/OPRP compliance monitoring.
- Monthly food safety auditing, maintaining hygiene and cleaning.
- Ensure the laboratory methods are up-to-date and update new changes.
Qualifications
Qualification relevant to Microbiology, Life Sciences, Food Science, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
Experience
Experience in laboratory analysis, quality systems, microbiological testing, food safety, or Quality Assurance will be an advantage.
