Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and utilize knowledge on key aspects of protein biology for antibody validation and characterization.
- Regularly mine literature to stay updated on developments in antibody validation.
- Perform in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and adherence to schedules.
- Provide informal leadership and technical supervision to a team of scientists.
- Drive conceptualization within teams to develop successful protocols for complex biological targets.
- Collaborate with product management and program management to meet program goals.
Eligibility Criteria
PhD in molecular biology, cell biology, genetics, immunology, biotechnology, computational biology, or biochemistry with 2 to 3 years of experience.
Required Skills
- Familiarity with experimental workflows in cell and molecular biology.
- Extensive experience in the design and development of protein assays and immunoassays.
- Proven experience in Flow cytometry and ELISA; knowledge of western blotting is desirable.
- Ability to communicate research data effectively and troubleshoot scientific problems.
- Good understanding of statistical and computational biology tools.
- Working knowledge of databases and programming languages is desirable.
- Experience in antibody development platforms is desirable.
