Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Essential Qualification
- B.Tech. with M.Tech. in Food Process Engineering/Food Technology or any other relevant discipline, and qualified NET/GATE in relevant subjects.
- Minimum CGPA of 6.5 or 60% marks at both B.Tech and M.Tech. levels.
- Qualified GATE/NET.
Experience
- Research experience in plant protein extraction and functionalization.
- Protein–polysaccharide interactions.
- Physicochemical and structural characterisation.
- Hands-on expertise with rheological, spectroscopic, and textural analyses is desirable.
