Job Description
The Technical Product Analyst supports product delivery within Clinical Operations by translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process documentation. This role collaborates closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, engineers, and business partners to enhance user experience, ensure backlog readiness, and promote continuous improvement for digital products that facilitate clinical operations processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Product Owner and squad by collecting requirements and documenting processes.
- Partner with Clinical Operations stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into actionable business requirements.
- Build and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation for the squad backlog.
- Assist with backlog refinement and ensure features are clearly defined and aligned with business priorities.
- Work with developers and testers to clarify requirements and support user experience for clinical operations users.
- Assist with user acceptance testing by defining test scenarios and tracking outcomes.
- Document confirmed business processes for reference and continuous improvement.
- Track metrics and prepare reports to help stakeholders measure progress and improvement opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or relevant project-based work.
- Basic understanding of collecting requirements and translating business needs into user stories.
- Foundational understanding of business processes and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Interest in user needs, process improvement, and digital solutions.
