Qualification
- Essential Qualification: B.Tech. in Food Technology/ Food Engineering/ Agricultural Engineering/ Biotechnology OR M.Sc. in Food Technology
- Desirable Experience: Knowledge and hands-on experience in membrane processing and CSIR-UGC NET, GATE qualified will be preferred.
Job Requirements
To carry out research work related to coconut processing at the laboratory and pilot scale. Special emphasis on membrane processing and filtration studies.
