Key Responsibilities

• Support Application Specialists and Laboratory Technicians in various projects at the Local Application Centre.
• Perform laboratory trials of various fermented dairy products.
• Understand and follow the documented lab protocols for conducting experiments.
• Sensory sample preparation: Set yogurt, stirred yogurt, separated product, drinking yogurt/diluted product, fermented beverages, etc.
• ISO 22000 documentation: data entry, Ingredient list input, sample preparation report.
• Adhere to Safety and Quality norms being set in the lab.
• Upkeeping, breakdown, and calibration of all lab equipment.
• Able to work with MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word.
