Key Responsibilities
- Support Application Specialists and Laboratory Technicians in various projects at the Local Application Centre.
- Perform laboratory trials of various fermented dairy products.
- Understand and follow the documented lab protocols for conducting experiments.
- Sensory sample preparation: Set yogurt, stirred yogurt, separated product, drinking yogurt/diluted product, fermented beverages, etc.
- ISO 22000 documentation: data entry, Ingredient list input, sample preparation report.
- Adhere to Safety and Quality norms being set in the lab.
- Upkeeping, breakdown, and calibration of all lab equipment.
- Able to work with MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word.
