Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for BOM download/retrieval for product stewardship purposes
- Supports Data Stewardship projects and needs as required
- Supports the creation and deployment of a stewardship data repository
- Responsible for creating and routing documents in SAP for approval
- Responsible for creating and initiating material requests and remediating incorrect data in SAP or PLM systems
- Supporting the development of an AI BOT to automate product stewardship tasks
- Create and manage Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes
- Coordinate ECR objects such as materials and documents
- Work with Change Coordinators for ECR/ECO strategy
- Ensure supplier declarations are maintained in the central repository
- Support Material Master Data Creation and workflows
- Manage CAD content in SAP and resolve approval issues
- Support BOM creation, validation, and DMR linking in SAP
- Review SAP Master Data Strategy, including ECR/ECO
- Release engineering changes in line with QMS procedures
- Establish SAP access, approvals, and audit-compliant processes
- Maintain the e-DHF document structure in SAP
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Biomedical, Chemical, Industrial) or advanced degree
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in SAP or PLM-related activities
- Experience in medical devices or packaging preferred
- Understanding of FDA and ISO medical device development regulations
Skills Needed
- Hands-on experience with SAP and PLM software
- Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0, SAP Tahiti, JDE, Master Control, SAP Manaco (plus)
- Strong understanding of medical device quality management systems
- Engineering change management expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams
- Strong process knowledge and learning agility
- Team player with excellent coordination skills
