Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the team project manager to handle all R&D technical activities, day-to-day management, and resourcing for compliance programs and supply plan projects.
- Accountable for the delivery and execution of project work within the team.
- Manage KPIs and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Lead the development of direct line reports and overall team performance.
- Provide technical solutions for analytical and formulation-related challenges.
- Handle project management, lab setup, and maintenance activities.
- Conduct formulation assessment for the Intimate Wellness portfolio.
- Manage regulatory submissions, variations, and RTQ responses.
- Collaborate actively with R&D and non-R&D teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Support innovation, digital transformation for R&D, and product lifecycle management activities.
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as:
- Chemistry
- Pharmaceutical Science
- Chemical Engineering
- Biology
- Biochemistry
- Experience in project management and stakeholder management.
- Working knowledge of CTD modules and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical environments is desirable.
- Proven leadership skills in planning, prioritization, and project implementation.
Experience Required:
- Significant Research & Development experience with a proven delivery track record.
- Experience in recruitment, people management, and team development.
- Strong background in collaboration with cross-functional R&D and business teams.
- Ability to identify cost savings and solve complex technical challenges.
- Experience handling multiple technical and scientific hurdles in large-scale projects.
