Key Responsibilities:
- Identify key clinicians, department heads in hospitals and medical institutes, administrators, laboratorians, and other opinion leaders, and promote the importance of syndromic testing and the medical value of FA panels.
- Build a strong clinician KOL network for BIOFIRE panels and engage the KOL network in various scientific activities.
- Keep fully knowledgeable on the techno-commercial aspects of the product to engage in high-quality interactions and satisfy the need for technical and commercial information.
- Continually provide fresh inputs to the Marketing team on the medical value, case studies, and benefits of the FA panels.
- Ensure that the sales budgets for BIOFIRE systems and reagents are met in a timely and predictable manner.
- Work closely with the sales & marketing team for the implementation of marketing action plans.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to customers and prospects.
- Conduct CMEs, discussions, and other scientific engagement activities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for future sales opportunities.
- Ensure timely CRM updates and reporting.
Qualifications:
- MSc Life Sciences
- BSc Life Sciences
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- Candidates with a Sales & Marketing background can also apply.
Experience Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in managing clinicians, especially in Critical Care.
- Experience in healthcare diagnostics, clinician engagement, or medical marketing preferred.
- Knowledge of syndromic testing and diagnostic solutions will be advantageous.
